Daly will oversee the implementation of client and investment propositions, and the development of Perspective’s wrap strategy.

He is an experienced financial services practitioner having previously worked in transformational and operational management in a multi-national bank’s regulated financial planning division, successfully developing and delivering a wide range of major transformational and operational changes.

Daly has joined Perspective in the newly-created role of Group Project Manager.  He will be managing a series of Group-wide projects operating on an individual office level.

He is currently focused on working with Perspective Group offices as they launch client service and investment propositions through wrap platforms.

Daly is a Chartered Banker and also a member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Damian Keeling, Managing Director of Perspective Financial Group Ltd, commented:

“John’s appointment has been made in order that Perspective can focus on a number of projects that will deliver benefits across all Group offices.

"John comes to Perspective with a wide array of skills and experience that will allow us to deliver on our commitments to clients through wrap, which in turn will provide better control over our funds under management and ensure greater consistency of advice across the Group.

"It will also reduce the costs involved and will ultimately deliver better value for money and a better service for our clients.  John is at the heart of this project which will provide a real competitive advantage for all our advisers across the UK.”

John Daly, Group Project Manager at Perspective Financial Group Ltd, commented:

“The RDR rules have triggered a number of business challenges for IFAs to face.  One key commercial point is how to continue to provide fantastic service for clients while securing the IFA's recurring income post-RDR.

"At Perspective we are dealing with the issue of ensuring clients receive the best service while securing recurring income with two exciting operational initiatives to be delivered before RDR.

"Firstly, we are ensuring our clients across the Group are welcomed into a client proposition which ensures clients have a clear and transparent promise outlining the robust, on-going service that will be delivered, providing real value for recurring income.

"Secondly, we are creating wrap propositions in partnership with leading industry contributors.

“Having control over the development and make-up of these propositions will provide a competitive advantage for all our advisers across the UK.  This will help us to deliver suitable outcomes for clients, blending off-platform solutions where appropriate.

"Perspective continues to work to ensure that our advisers, and their clients, are prepared and positioned to take advantage of the opportunities available from this strategy.  I am delighted to be involved in this exciting project within a progressive and forward-thinking national IFA group such as Perspective.”
