Lloyds director to join Countrywide

Lloyds director of strategic partnership Peter Curran will leave the group to join Countrywide Financial Services on 1 June 2015.

Curran will report directly to Nigel Stockton, Financial Services Director at Countrywide plc, working with him to develop the growth agenda for the financial services division.

Ian Wilson, head of Halifax Intermediary, will act as Interim Director of Strategic Partnerships at Lloyds pending confirmation of a permanent solution.

Commenting on Peter’s appointment, Nigel Stockton said:

“Peter will add significantly to Countrywide’s capability in financial services. We are delighted to have a career professional with over 20 years experience of the banking industry, and it is further evidence of the importance we place on the relationship we have with the sector.
