The 2.64% two year mortgage at 75% LTV will be reduced to 2.54% and its fee also will fall to £745.
This competitive product comes with the added incentives of £500 cashback for home buyers, or free valuation and assistance with legal fees for borrowers who are remortgaging.
A cut of £150 is being applied to mortgage fees across all Chelsea products, taking fees to between £245 and £1,545.
