Co-operative and Britannia launch new mortgage

The Co-operative Bank and Britannia are providing a further helping hand to first time buyers with the launch of a new 2 year fixed rate mortgage.

Available at 90% loan to value (LTV), with an initial rate of 5.09%, and an application fee of £999.

James Hillon, Head of Mortgages for The Co-operative Financial Services, comments:

"We are keen to continue to help support mortgage customers and the introduction of the new two year products provides a welcome boost for first time buyers and home movers.
