Providing specialist new homes mortgage advisory services across the country, Countrywide is to deploy over 70 mortgage consultants dedicated to providing financial related advice for all new homes buyers.

This build’s on the  announcement last month when Countrywide signed an exclusive UK-wide agreement with CB Richard Ellis to utilise both CBRE’s commercial property expertise and Countrywide’s position in the UK residential property market providing all–round project marketing services including advice on all aspects of sales, rental, investment, financial and property management for new houses and apartments, using its high street infrastructure to maximise CBRE’s unit sales capabilities.

Grenville Turner, Countrywide Chief Executive said:

“The launch of our specialist new homes financial services is a continuation of our strategic focus to enhance our position in the land and new homes sector. Our aim is to provide an all-round compelling and powerful proposition estate agency, Financial Services and Conveyancing for house builders and developers.”

Countrywide have developed systems and process that facilitate the growth in the new build sector providing new homes buyers with advice on suitable mortgages, speed of service enabling customers to meet their reservation deadlines with house builders.

It will be a developer focused proposition - a 7 day a week service matching developer trading hours with mortgage consultants available on site at times to suit the consumer.

Nigel Stockton, Financial Services Director at Countrywide said:

“This new proposition is a logical extension of the new build mortgage advisory services that we currently provide with Hurst Independent. As the UK’s largest mortgage broker, we have access to the very best mortgage and financial products.

"By expanding and implementing the infrastructure of our network to build a bespoke service in the new homes sector; we can provide this same level of service across the country.”
