The new tier is available to clients who have no CCJs in the last 36 months, but Secure Trust Bank can consider clients with more recent telecoms, utilities or mail order defaults.
Fixed rates are available for two, three and five-years, up to 90% LTV with a standard arrangement fee of £1499.
For two-year fixes, rates start at 2.04% up 65% LTV, rising to 2.24% at 75% LTV, 2.44% at 80% LTV, and 3.74% up to 90% LTV.
Three-year fixed rates start from 2.44% at 65% LTV and the cheapest five-year fixed rate is available at 3.24% up to 65% LTV.
Products on STB0 are also available for £0 product fee, with rates available from 2.84% up to 65% LTV on a two-year fixed rate, 3.14% on a three-year fix and 3.84% on a five-year fixed rate.
