TBMC launch 2 year fixed rate BTL with Skipton

TBMC, the buy-to-let and commercial mortgage specialist, is now offering a new 2 year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgage with Skipton Building Society.

The initial rate is 4.29%, fixed for two years and is available up to 75% LTV with a 1% completion fee. Free legals and valuations are available for remortgages on properties valued up to £500,000.
