Vantage has made the move in response to increasing demand from intermediaries, who want the ability to place complex cases such as self-builds or situations where the client’s income deviates from the norm.
Vantage has already signed up a number of lenders to the division’s panel, including Saffron, Buckinghamshire Building Society, Cheshire Mortgage and Precise Mortgages.
Anita Arch, Senior Business Development Manager at Saffron For Intermediaries, commented:
“Saffron is delighted to be working in partnership with Vantage Finance, which has developed a strong reputation for its in-depth knowledge and understanding of its lender partners' products and criteria. Together, we can offer brokers access to competitive mortgage products supported by a high quality service.”
Lucy Hodge, Director of Vantage, said:
“By launching this new division to expand our proposition, we will be able to help our intermediaries place the more challenging, complex cases that come their way. Having listened to our brokers, we realise the demand is there for us to provide a more comprehensive offering. Intermediaries can expect the same attention to detail, frequent communication and high quality service that lies at the heart of all Vantage’s business dealings.”
