According to Mel Fordham, the founder and owner of Centrado and a senior mortgage industry figure for over twenty years, Centrado was set up to provide a focal point for intermediaries looking for specialist help for all kinds of commercial finance and borro provides a unique facility for intermediaries and their customers.

He said:

"We are delighted to have borro on board. Because borro lends against high value personal assets, customers have a different route through which they can access funds very quickly, for any purpose. This is particularly useful for clients looking for business funding.

"Whether they need top up funds when traditional lending against property or plant is too slow or has reached the limit of property equity.”

Paul Brett, Business Development Director for borro commented:

"Centrado offers a service which intermediaries will find invaluable and we are pleased to be part of the offering that Mel Fordham has put together.

"I have known Mel for a number of years and he has always had the best interests of intermediaries at heart. I am sure that Centrado will be a big hit with the intermediary looking for commercial and start up finance of all kinds.”
