Fabricproperty.com offers a unique service to its users and to its agents, and will promote NW London as the place to live.

The portal has evolved from the success of Fabric Magazine, which was launched nine years ago. This natural extension of the magazine will provide some of the best industry insight and access to some of the finest properties in the UK.  Furthermore, unlike many other property portals that are operated by media owners, Fabricproperty.com will give control back to estate agents.

Simon Hobbs, Managing Director of Forward Limited, the company behind Fabricproperty.com, said:

“Many property portals have been ramping up their charges recently but Fabricproperty.com is not operated by media owners, the agents themselves run it and they are the shareholders."

Specialising in luxury properties, the site will showcase quality video walk-throughs of the finest properties in London.

Simon continues:

“This is much more than the average property video, these are TV-quality, and capture the true size and beauty of the property, as though users are seeing the home for the first time with the agent. With this tool, we are able to replace the first viewing, ensuring that the agents are receiving only quality leads.”

In fact, Fabricproperty.com will be positioned as the authority in the luxury homes market in London and will present statistics to the media relating to property prices in North, West and NW London as well as showing trends indicating what types of high-end property is most in demand.

Spokespeople from the site will also be available to offer expert comment on the luxury homes market as well as area specific information. Forward Ltd, the company behind the launch of Fabricproperty.com, has employed Cinnamon Communications to promote Fabricproperty.com and help generate quality leads for the signed-up agents.

Cinnamon’s ultimate goal is to drive traffic to the website – specifically home movers looking in North West, North and West London. This will be achieved with a combination of traditional off and online PR, social media, marketing campaigns and advertising. There will also be an extensive property search engine on the site, alongside detailed area guides.

Simon Hobbs added:

“We can tell viewers about the latest local cultural events, the best bars, restaurants and boutiques or even where to go to get the very best beauty treatments.”

What’s more, with their exclusive locations, there is also a strong celebrity element to the website.  As well as A-list celebrity interviews every month, Fabricproperty.com also has the insider knowledge of the famous faces in the local area and will become the first port of call for house hunters looking to purchase high-end properties in North London.

Simon says:

“We believe that Fabricproperty.com is a unique concept, and that the site is like nothing else currently being produced. The top end of the market has held its own during the recession and because we have access to some of the finest properties in the country, the buzz surrounding the launch has been incredible. There has never been a better time to launch Fabric online.”
