"I am delighted West One has partnered with one of the most established second charge brokerages in the UK."

West One launched its second charge offering in 2017 with consumer buy-to-let products and variable rates including no ERC options alongside two, three and five-year fixed rates.

Paul Stringer, director of Norton Finance & Mortgages, said: “West One are a great addition to our already extensive panel of lenders; their range of products covers a number of differing customer circumstances combined with competitive interest rates. They will further add to our ability to find a good value secured loan solution for our customers.”

Marie Grundy, sales director at West One Loans, added: “I am delighted West One has partnered with one of the most established second charge brokerages in the UK. Personally, it is a pleasure to again have the opportunity to work alongside the highly experienced team at Norton Broker Services. Our products will provide Norton’s broker partners with some of the lowest second charge 5-year fixed rate products in the market, as well as a range of competitively priced residential and buy-to-let second charge products supported by criteria to enable brokers to meet the needs of a wide reach of borrowers.”
