"It’s time for the conveyancing sector to better support introducers in delivering superior service levels and customer experience"

The conveyancing platform has a nationwide panel of solicitors, pays referral fees up front and offers buyer protection insurance to cover fees if the seller pulls out.

Its broker portal allows case tracking and the firm can also liaise with solicitors on behalf of brokers.

In conjunction with the launch, brokers using the Moving Hub can access Knowledge Bank’s mortgage criteria search system free of charge for the first 12 months.

The annual Knowledge Bank license will be activated upon completion of the first case and will be available to new Knowledge Bank users only.

Peter Joseph, CEO at The Moving Hub, commented: “Knowledge Bank has set the standard for firms looking to shake up the intermediary mortgage market and we are looking forward to emulating their success in addressing the status quo for brokers in the conveyancing sector as, quite frankly, there’s been precious little innovation in this area.

“Technology is changing the way we all do business. And it’s time for the conveyancing sector to better support introducers in delivering superior service levels and customer experience in terms of conversion, referrals and in the retention of more clients. We believe that our solution will deliver the ultimate conveyancing plugin solution for your business.”

Nicola Firth, CEO and founder at Knowledge Bank, added: "We are delighted to have agreed this exclusive partnership with Peter and the team at The Moving Hub. The synergies between both businesses were clear from the outset in that our focuses were firmly on broker efficiencies and their clients’ experiences. Since our launch in September 2017, our aim continues to be to offer 'best in class' technology and solutions and our relationship with The Moving Hub supports this strategy."
