"This relaunch is part of a broader campaign to fix those misconceptions and I would urge brokers to take a look at our website to see what we have to offer."

The revamped proposition includes a new website and telephone number to make it easier for brokers to do business with the lender, with more information on how the lender can provide flexible lending solutions for customers including buy to let investors, business owners and high net worth individuals.

Matthew Wyles, Executive Director at Castle Trust Capital, said: “Our product set has evolved massively over the course of the last two years and our research suggests that some brokers may have an outdated view of what we do at Castle Trust. This relaunch is part of a broader campaign to fix those misconceptions and I would urge brokers to take a look at our website to see what we have to offer. If you work with clients who are buy to let investors, self-employed or high net worth, you can’t afford to miss Castle Trust from your armoury – much of what we do is unique.

“Our sophisticated and flexible approach delivers innovative, bespoke solutions to meet a broad range of customer needs. We write first and second charge loans, with interest serviced or rolled up - or a mixture of both. We have the appetite to do interesting things and the expertise to ask the right questions. And we’re very commercial - if it makes sense, we’ll find a way.”

Chris Lloyd, Associate Director at Enness Private Clients, commented: “Castle Trust is a fantastic lender who we work with on many complex cases. Its range of innovative and unique products and ability to write bespoke solutions often provide the ideal option to suit the requirements of our high net worth clients. The new website consolidates its range, providing an easy to use and efficient platform for our busy sales team to navigate, speeding up the process for our clients in turn.”
