Enterprise Finance launches new broker portal

Enterprise Finance's new broker portal, Apex, has been rolled out to the market and is accepting new business.

Apex allows users to source a loan or refer a potential client to Enterprise, as well as real-time online case tracking and case completion.
 
Brokers can get quick comparative quotes, apply or refer cases, scan and upload any documents they have instead of posting, and receive email case progress alerts as well as reviewing status online.
 
Timed to be ready for the arrival of MCD, the system features automated production of mortgage illustrations, online documentation to demonstrate suitability of recommended products and an evidence of research tool to satisfy Network compliance needs.

Harry Landy, Sales Director at Enterprise Finance, said:
