Having spent more time in the office in the past week, with a break between trips to London, I have had the opportunity to focus on our next big event; The NACFB Commercial Expo. My time in the office has also given me the opportunity to work on coordinating the annual business level questionnaires too. These will be sent to the whole of the membership and I would strongly encourage everyone to fill these out and return them to us. The figures collated in these surveys is vital for our lobbying work at Westminster and allows us to give a true picture of what is happening in the industry.
The NACFB annual business level questionnaire is the only one of its kind in the industry and serves to paint an accurate picture of the importance of the NACFB broker to the UK economy and funding SME business.
Finishing off the working week in London today, continuing discussions over the latest tranche of government money to SME's of up to £100 million, the NACFB is looking to secure some of that money for our members – so watch this space...
