Mortgage Business Expo 2012 was a resounding success for us and the response to our double-decker bus was fantastic - it was an incredible way to launch our new brand and there was a great buzz for the Financial Reporter team over both days (although that could have been the sugar rush from all the free cupcakes!)
But now we're back home, stocked up with enough pens and mints to last us until the next Expo, and we've got to say thank you to the people who made it such a brilliant and worthwhile couple of days.
Firstly, to James Prosser and his incredibly helpful team at Clarion Events; an enormous thank you for making the huge task of getting a bus to the Expo as easy and successful as it was.
Another thank you must go to Andrea Rozario and Denise Beedell from the Equity Release Council who shared the bus with us - we also jointly ran the competition to win an iPad Mini, the results of which we're announcing tomorrow, so keep an eye on the Financial Reporter website tomorrow to find out if you've won.
Of course, the final thank you has to be to all delegates and exhibitors who came to visit us, new faces and old; phone calls and emails can only go so far and the chance to speak to so many of you face-to-face is what makes the Expo worth it for us.
We hope you all got what you wanted out of MBE 2012 and we'll see you all in Manchester next year!
