Full details and dates of the events are to be announced in the new year, however the seminars will be taking place throughout the country at venues in London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, Norwich and Chelmsford.
The seminars are the first events of their kind where both advisers and their professional connections – solicitors, accountants, brokers and introducers – will be able to learn about the sector, the responsibilities that come with advising on UCIS, the myths surrounding it, the regulator’s viewpoint, identifying clients, and how to ensure compliance at every step of the process.
Attendees will also be able to learn about a number of other areas including those that specifically affect clients including inheritance tax, delivering income and broader market information.
