The 2nd Annual Forum follows the unprecedented success of Hatfield Philip’s 1st Annual Client Servicer Forum last year, where over 150 of Europe’s key players from over 80 finance sector firms in the CRE market gathered to hear debates about the state of the industry.

The client forum will include presentation and debate on loan extensions by, amongst others, US investment bank Moelis & Company and leading City law firm Paul Hastings.

Interested investors and lenders can register their interest by emailing  or visiting HPI’s website.

Clarence Dixon, managing director, Hatfield Philips, said:

“Workouts continue and the market struggles to find its feet. We are all aware of just how much debt is hanging over us and we believe transparency is critical to moving forwards.

"As a part of that, we feel it is important to bring all participants together, not only to hear updates that may be of specific interest, but also to listen and contribute to debates on what the future may hold and possible strategies to make it just a little more rosy.”
