Loans Warehouse launch 'Getting the basics right' campaign

As competition returns to the secured loan industry, we have seen more and more brokers starting to advertise themselves again, say Loans Warehouse.

Loans Warehouse Director, Matt Tristram said:

"In the last few months we've seen more and more brokers advertise additions to their lending panel or experienced staff being added to their teams, these are all good news as they are a sign of things continuing to improve.

"We've had the largest panel of lenders in the broker market since before the credit crunch and everyone knows that.  We have a team of staff to rival any brokerage in the UK, large or small. 

"We have always offered our brokers full access to our whole team and we're proud that we managed to keep the same team together through the whole credit crunch, all of whom have learned so much over the last two years making us better at what we do."

Matt continued:

"What so many people in our industry forget though is that getting the basics right is as important as any number of lenders you have on your panel and it's important to remind yourself sometimes of these facts.

"That's why we've launched our 'Getting the basics right' campaign, simple things like answering the phones to your customer's within three rings, daily updates on their customers, sent directly our introducers inbox each morning or placing your unsecured applications within 30 minutes of receipt.

"These things might sound obvious but ask yourself does your broker do this whilst paying you 50% of all commissions received?"
