The system was built and developed by The Charlbury Group and is called V-Live. It was built to streamline the company’s operations and help the company deliver the Green Deal to and for its clients and will be used as an instruction distribution and report delivery system for EPC’s, Floor plans, Inventories and many other reports.

As a part of V-Live, The Charlbury Group also developed a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) application, enabling operatives in the field to receive instructions and to create and submit reports whilst on site thereby adding efficiencies including faster report delivery times.

Sebastiaan Van Dort, director of Social Housing & Special Projects for Vibrant Energy Matters said:

“We have been hugely impressed with the speed and quality of the work done by The Charlbury Group. This was not an easy brief but the end product is impressive and is going to introduce a raft of benefits to the way that we conduct business and to the service that we offer our clients.

"TCG has also created a suite of web services to enable seamless integration to third party instructors and service providers.”

Paul Duckworth, director at The Charlbury Group said:

“Vibrant Energy Matters receive business from a wide variety of sectors including housing associations and public sector bodies, estate agency chains, solicitors and home owners and so it is crucial that the technology is robust but flexible.

"We believe that V-Live will introduce a number of processing efficiencies and we look forward to continuing to work with Vibrant Energy Matters.”
