The facility can be found on the company's website and has also been integrated into the miLoan sourcing system used by Y3S Loans.
According to Y3S Mortgages, choosing to partner with Trigold was an obvious choice; their Prospector system is the most widely used internal mortgage sourcing system and mortgage brokers trust its accuracy.
Commenting on the launch was managing director, John Pearson:
"Y3S Mortgages cater for those brokers who no longer have mortgage permissions but still receive mortgage enquiries.
"Our firm provides the level of service they are used to, and with our sourcing facilities online, they have access to the most up to date residential and buy to let mortgage products 24 hours a day and as we pay them a fee similar to what they would have earned had they placed it themselves, it’s a superb additional revenue stream without the hassle."
The move is the latest development by Y3S Group to make all of its products and services available for cloud-computing.
