ULS says the platform is expected to launch with a number of intermediaries later this year.
Its eConveyancer platform enables mortgage advisers and intermediaries to help their customers compare and instruct a vetted, approved and regulated solicitor or licensed conveyancer. In addition, ULS provides ongoing service and support for customers to facilitate the smooth running of conveyancing transactions.
Challenger lender Belmont Green is currently recruiting to build a new mortgage lending business which will work exclusively with intermediary partners to target under-served sections of the UK mortgage market.
