Bridgebank Capital appoints ex-RBS director

Bridgebank Capital has announced the appointment of Steve Bryce as Head of Credit Risk, to support the company’s continued growth and greater emphasis on larger loan advances.

Steve is a former Director of the RBS Property Finance Group Commercial Banking team, where he was a permanent member of the bank’s Commercial Banking Property Sightings Committee and sat on the bank’s UK Corporate & Commercial Banking Credit Policy team which improved the bank’s management of property finance risk.

Steve clearly joins Bridgebank Capital with a wealth of specialist property finance knowledge spanning over 25 years, and his extensive experience in property development, property investment and planning risk assessment will be a key asset to Bridgebank Capital as the company also expands its offering into the Development Finance arena.

Regarding his appointment, Steve commented:
