David Spruce, Business Development Manager at Beech Finance, commented:

"It’s nice to see that most brokers have chosen service as their main reason for selecting a packager, Beech Finance will always  push for excellent  customer service and it is one of the main reasons we have been here for 20 years in my opinion. The broker has to trust that the packager will treat the customer as if it was their own customer and own reputation on the line. Personally, I have been working very hard since I joined Beech Finance to add extra
services to make sure our introducers and their customers get the best service available. For example, I have just tied up a deal with a documents collection agency so that the customer can potentially be seen as little as 3 hours after speaking to us anywhere in England, Scotland or Wales to collect the loan documents, fully signed and completed to reduce processing times."

"In addition we have over 10 lenders to place our secured loans with which is positive as when I stated we had 4, our commissions are also in line with some of the top brokers in the country and we are currently undergoing an IT change at beech-introducers.co.uk so that introducers can submit cases very easily without having to fill pages of forms out when they may have spent hours on the cases in the first place."
