We liaised closely with leading firms - including Shawbrook, MT Finance, and Evolution Money - to provide an informative document which explores specific products and helps educate brokers on rare or unique cases.

The monthly Factsheets will cover a wide range of topics, including specialist lending, interest-only mortgages, equity release, and buy-to let.

Focusing on complicated scenarios, unique cases and 'mortgage misfits', the Factsheets will help brokers utilise products they already sell, as well exploring new opportunities to help enhance their proposition.

Our exclusive Factsheets are free for Financial Reporter readers. The first in the series looks at time sensitive bridging and is brought to you by MT Finance.

Tomer Aboody, Director of MTF, said:

“The financial landscape has greatly changed over the last few years, and as banks rein in lending, many brokers are looking to find new ways of funding.

“The fact sheets produced by Financial Reporter will offer insight into the full range of funding options available and will enable brokers to be aware of new opportunities.”

Rhian Roberts, Head of Business Development at Evolution Money, said:

"We were very keen to be involved with the Financial Reporter Factsheets. They are a formative and innovative way to explain the specialist lending areas we work within. It will be key going forward under new regulation that all areas of the industry, including IFAs and mortgage brokers, understand the products on offer to their customers and how they can access them."
