Five star Octopus shines at FInancial Adviser Service Awards

Octopus Investments has been awarded the top accolade for the second successive year in the Financial Adviser Service Awards 2015, receiving a five star rating for its customer service.

The awards, which were announced last night at a gala dinner in London’s Natural History Museum, are designed to recognise the importance of quality customer service from product providers to intermediary clients, and are considered to be the benchmark for service standards within the retail finance marketplace. Financial Adviser invited intermediaries to rate product providers across a range of key criteria, with only 14 firms receiving the five star rating in the investment providers’ category.

Neil Buckland, head of sales at Octopus, said: “At Octopus we set ourselves high standards for delivering exceptional service to financial advisers, and so to have been acknowledged by them for the second year running through this prestigious award is very pleasing. Over the next twelve months, we look forward to strengthening our existing relationships and also work with new advisers, to help even more clients achieve their financial goals.”

The five star rating follows Octopus’ successes at the inaugural Growth Investor Awards in October, where it won two awards including ‘Growth Investor of the Year’.
