Insolvency Practitioners Association panel announced

The key objective of the day is to provide an opportunity to debate some of the topics that are dominating insolvency news headlines.

Nick Howard, Director of Policy at the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS), will be speaking about the BIS and Treasury review of consumer credit and personal insolvency and their call for evidence.

Also presenting will be Ray Watson, Director of the Consumer Credit Group at the Office of Fair Trading who will be discussing consumer credit licences whilst discussions surrounding IVAs, the IVA protocol and the performance of IVAs will be presented by Joanne Wright of Begbies Traynor, Ken Marland of Payplan and Mike Norris of Max Recovery.
