Paul has 38 years’ industry experience and has worked on both the lending and broking sides of the property finance business. During his career he has worked as a corporate lending manager for both Barclays and Lloyds before moving onto specialist buy to let lenders including Paragon Mortgages and latterly Fleet Mortgages.

He also spent thirteen years as managing director of TBMC.

Paul Rockett said: “I’m thrilled to be working at Keystone, they’ve got some excellent finance solutions for both residential and commercial property investors. I’m really looking forward to getting out on the road, catching up with brokers and explaining how the Keystone ranges might work for their clients. Of course, I’ve known many of the team for years, so I expect to hit the ground running. Watch this space!”

Phil Riches, head of sales at Keystone, commented: “Having Paul join us will be real boost for the team and should certainly mean that brokers in the South West region are visited on a regular basis. Paul’s territory stretches from Hampshire in the South, all the way along the coast to the tip of Cornwall, up through a large chunk of Wales and across the Malverns and Cotswolds.

“Last month, we appointed Moises Cruickshank as BDM for London and the South East and with Julie Priest already looking after brokers in the North, we’ve now got a complete, strong team that can meet the needs of brokers throughout the land.”
