MAB expands senior team to support expansion plans

Mortgage Advice Bureau has created two new Director roles as part of the company's growth plans for the next 12 months.

Donna Brenchley has been promoted from her current post as Director of E-Commerce to the newly created role of Commercial Director.

Having been with MAB since 2004, Donna has been responsible for the creation of the new broker platform and business re-engineering strategies to improve the adviser and customer experience, and latterly leading MAB’s robo advice project.

Donna’s new appointment will see her spearheading product development, identifying new market opportunities, together with determining and implementing market expansion strategies. Prior to joining MAB, Donna worked for Barclays, Black Horse Agencies and Legal & General.

Meanwhile after just one year with the business, Gemma Bacon has been promoted from Head of Marketing to Brand and Marketing Director. Gemma will continue to lead the in-house marketing team and deliver the new brand and communications strategy, and in her new role she will also oversee the roll-out of the MAB brand on a global scale as the company moves into Australia in the coming months. Prior to joining MAB, Gemma’s previous senior marketing roles within legal and financial services including positions with Quality Solicitors, Barclaycard and Citigroup.
