Continuum launched in June 2014 with a dual branded proposition for financial advisers and consumers, embodying a three way partnership between client, shareholder and adviser.

Darren is a company pensions specialist, and his commitment to the challenges that face corporate and SME employers regarding Workplace Pensions has been recognised by the Pensions Management Institute.

Mr Critten joins Continuum from Charles Stanley Financial Solutions where he was a corporate specialist for two years. A senior post at Lloyds Bank and half a decade working as an Independent Financial Adviser with Breakwater Financial Planning make up a career that spans over a quarter of a century in retail financial services.

Darren Critten, commented:

“I’m pleased to be joining Continuum at such an exciting juncture. Martin’s forward thinking, progressive approach aligns with the way I work, and we’re gearing up for an innovative proposition launch for our corporate clients."

Martin Brown, Managing Partner and Founder, Continuum, added:

“This is a perfect addition to the business that comes at a perfect time. As we continue to grow the business in London and the South East, the appointment of Darren represents the ambition of our corporate proposition, with the hire of one of the leading specialists in the advice business. Darren has built up an enviable reputation within the business sector, and the appointment should see us hit the ground running with corporate proposition for corporate businesses and SMEs."
