Tracy joins Personal Touch with 20 years operations and service delivery experience within the financial services industry, most recently working at Wesleyan Assurance Society Ltd as an RDR programme manager designing, implementing and managing a post-RDR strategy.  
 
Her previous experience includes working at Torquil Clark Ltd as the group projects and operations manager, implementing key initiatives to support strategic restructure, service delivery and regulatory change.

In her new role, Tracy will be responsible for leading the new service delivery team. This will involve realigning the existing quality review, risk assessment and paraplanning functions. In addition, Tracy will lead the strategic RDR programme for Personal Touch.  

Jonathan White, service delivery director at Personal Touch, said:
