Active Manager includes an online underwriter who will work behind the scenes when a brokers keys in a case to sourcing system Loan Brain, in order to ensure the best possible product is chosen.
The system also allows brokers to save every enquiry so that they are able to revisit cases without having to rekey any information. As such, they are able recycle cases that they were unable to find a suitable outcome for in the past.
Brokers can get quotes in around 1 minute and print them off or save to PDF. Promise underwriters can also email the quotes in seconds following a conversation or receipt of a DIP form. By saving all case details the broker does not have to keep paper files thus making the process more efficient and helping the broker to adhere to the FCA’s clear desk policy.
Active Manager is available free to all brokers who source secured loans using Loan Brain either directly via Promise or through selected networks and mortgage clubs.
