Scottish Widows Bank appoints new Managing Director

Scottish Widows Bank has appointed Martin Fleming as its new Managing Director.

Prior to this, Martin was Director of Motor Operations and Service Management, Consumer Finance at Lloyds Banking Group.

Martin brings with him a wealth of experience in intermediary channels spanning the last 20 years, including consultancy roles at AXA Insurance and Britannia Building Society, strategy, change and IT roles at Clerical Medical, retail strategy and finance director at RBS as well as chairman of RBS Independent Financial Services. He joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2013.

Martin will be responsible for the day to day running of Scottish Widows Bank and, along with the rest of our Scottish Widows Bank Board, its future strategy. He will report into Mike Jones, Managing Director of Intermediaries & Specialist Brands at Lloyds Banking Group.

Martin Fleming, Managing Director of Scottish Widows Bank, said:
