Previously known as both Momentum and AMC, Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move now offers a fully funded part exchange proposition. Whilst acting initially for house builders and developers, it will also help home buyers to move into a new build property by facilitating the sale of an existing house for them.

The part exchange proposition benefits home owners who want to buy a new home, but who either cannot sell their existing home or don’t have the time or want the hassle of selling it. Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move works with the developer and the home buyer. It will arrange for two independent valuations of the property, provide a valuation report to the developer and will then facilitate a cash offer to the home buyer for their existing property. The home buyer not only benefits because their existing house will be sold quickly to a guaranteed buyer, but also because no estate agency fees are paid.
