"We are exceptionally proud that our awards programme is a fair, unbiased way to champion those who go the extra mile in making our industry better"

Launched in 2009, the Financial Reporter Industry Awards were developed to support the industry by promoting good practice and excellent service, and to reward those who uphold these values.

As the only industry awards in which the voter has the freedom to nominate whichever individual or company they see as a candidate, the Financial Reporter Awards are a true representation of the best in financial services.

You can cast your votes in categories for mortgages, secured loans, equity release, bridging finance, insurance, specialist lending, legal services and technology.

Last year's awards saw more voters than ever before, with almost 7,000 votes cast - a number which has increased every year since the Awards launched, and one which we hope to beat this year.

Voting is open from today – you can visit our Awards website and cast your votes at www.financialreporterawards.co.uk.

Voting closes on the 12th of April and winners will be announced on the 19th of April.

The 2017 Financial Reporter Winners' Party will once again be celebrated at the historic and spectacular Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester on the 16th of May.

With a champagne reception, superb food, fantastic company, and some surprises along the way – the Financial Reporter Awards Winners' Party will once again be an evening to remember.

Andy Shields, Director of Barcadia Media, said: “It’s a great feeling to be bringing the Financial Reporter Awards back for an eighth year - they’ve grown immensely since their introduction, and each year we are delighted with the response from our readers and the intermediary community as a whole.

“We are exceptionally proud that our awards programme is a fair, unbiased way to champion those who go the extra mile in making our industry better, and we look forward to hosting the deserving winners at our annual Award Winners’ party!”

Peter Brodnicki, CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau, commented: “The Financial Reporter Awards are always a true representation of the industry’s best and brightest and we’re delighted to have seen it grow each year into what is now a benchmark for quality and innovation in financial services.

“The level of involvement from the industry is great to see and the annual Winners’ Party is now an essential date in the financial services calendar.

“It’s important that those who go above and beyond get recognition for their work, and these awards achieve exactly that."

Rob Jupp, CEO of Brightstar, added: “Financial Reporter is a trusted and respected brand and so to win an award at the #FRAwards is something that we are very proud about and believe that many other businesses are as well.

"We have been delighted to win eight Financial Reporter Awards since 2013. The process is incredibly open and fair to everyone who takes part whether that be those who nominate or those who are nominated.

"The Awards Party is exactly that, a party and a great one as well! In the heart of Manchester you have the chance to celebrate personal success, team success and the success of our industry. So new or old to these Awards, get involved and let’s celebrate the very best of our industry!”
