I read a recent news article aimed at mortgage brokers recently which essentially said 'Adapt or die' when it comes to their use of technology. The argument ran that with a variety of lenders, broker competitors, etc. coming to market with new technology designed to ease the mortgage process, existing advisers would have to run fast just to keep up, otherwise they could find themselves out of business.
