From today, mortgage advisers using IRESS Trigold Prospector to source a range of mortgages for an individual client can also choose to automatically receive a conveyancing quote for the case via the Blacks Affinity tool embedded on the system.
The system requires no further information from the adviser and can deliver an immediate conveyancing quote at exactly the same time as the mortgages are sourced. Blacks Affinity provides IRESS Trigold Prospector users with a printable pdf of the quote which can be provided to the client who is able to instruct immediately.
Once instructed the client will be provided with all their conveyancing services from the award-winning, Blacks Solicitors, and the adviser is able to secure their referral fee for the work.
