The outsourced contract will also include the Principality’s Chartered Surveyors and associated staff joining Connells Survey & Valuation. These new staff will augment Connells Survey & Valuation’s existing 400-strong workforce and reinforce Connells’ commitment to maintaining outstanding customer service delivery nationwide.

The deal also involves leading estate agency and property services provider the Connells Group acquiring Peter Alan, a highly successful estate agency business with 26 branches across Wales, from Principality Building Society for £16.4m. The Connells Group, is well placed to build upon Peter Alan’s success to date and take this well-known regional business to its next stage of growth.
