"It is vital that brokers look to differentiate the services they provide, and we now hope to see even more advisers choosing to diversify their proposition."

Legal & General Solutions, supported by BM Conveyancing and powered by ULS Technology, will be offered alongside Premier Property Lawyers. As a result, brokers will be able to access support from two conveyancers.

Both options will provide a ‘no completion, no legal fee guarantee’, online case tracking and quotation tools, seven day helpdesk assistance and single point case management - a dedicated conveyancer as a sole point of contact from start to finish.

Legal & General Solutions will enable brokers to choose from a nationwide panel of more than 200 solicitor firms, allowing them to compare the options based on price, location and rating.

This launch sees Legal & General Mortgage Club adding to its growing range of holistic services, including, second charge, later life lending and bridging.

Jeremy Duncombe, Director of Legal & General Mortgage Club, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with two of the UK’s leading conveyancing providers to create Legal & General Conveyancing Services. ULS complements our strategic partnership with Premier Property Lawyers which is good news for brokers and consumers alike, as it expands the choices available to provide a more tailored approach to conveyancing.

“It is vital that brokers look to differentiate the services they provide, and we now hope to see even more advisers choosing to diversify their proposition. Whether it is conveyancing, second charges or protection, brokers can make themselves an indispensable part of the house buying or remortgaging transaction by offering customers a holistic service.”
