Evaluate Surveyors offers a full range of survey and valuation services using a network of consultants, all of whom are experienced chartered surveyors with local expertise. Evaluate will carry out valuations for mortgage purposes, using physical inspection, external drive-by, automated valuations models or desktop methodologies.
Evaluate also offers the full range of valuation survey and panel management services, including the appointment and management of a panel of surveyors and an audit service.
The firm's founders, Paul Trott and Malcolm Webb, have considerable knowledge of both residential valuation and survey work, and have experience as in-house experts and suppliers of valuation services for major banks and lending institutions.
