The partnership swells Paradigm’s conveyancing ranks to four providers and means members have growing levels of choice to assist clients with their legal responsibilities.
Blacks Connect has a personal approach that allows its partners to create tailored solutions for their own specifications. Its conveyancing service offers instant quotations, online case tracking and a buyer protect warranty that reimburses some of the client’s costs if the purchase falls through.
Paradigm members utilising the new partnership will deal with a conveyancer dedicated to their case and can expect to earn up to £300 on each transaction.
Blacks Connect has more than 20 years’ experience of dealing with sale/purchase, remortgaging, buy-to-let, equity release, shared ownership and commercial property among other services.
