- 2 year Tracker, Homebuyer and Remortgage, 70% LTV, 1.99% (BBR+1.49%) with a £995 fee and maximum loan size of £1m
Abbey for Intermediaries are reducing the rates on selected products, with new rates as follows:
2 year Tracker
- Homebuyer, 80% LTV, 3.29% (BBR+2.79%) with a £995 fee
- Remortgage, 80% LTV, 3.39% (BBR+2.89%) with a £995 fee
2 year Fixed rate
- Homebuyer and Remortgage, 60% LTV, 2.99% with a £995 fee
- Current Account Exclusive, Homebuyer and Remortgage, 75% LTV, 3.39% with a £745 fee
- Remortgage, 85% LTV, 4.69% with a £995 fee
