The product is available at 60% LTV, with a fantastic rate of 3.94 per cent and a £995 fee. It also comes with the added benefit of AfI's Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution - the Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion. It has a maximum loan size of £1m.
