This facility is being made available on residential and buy-to-let mortgages (except NewBuy and the Family Guarantee Mortgage).
Charles Haresnape, Managing Director of Residential Mortgages at Aldermore, said:
“We’re very aware that, for some borrowers, the cash required to pay for mortgage fees is a drain on their finances at a time when they need access to cash for other purposes.
“This is another example of ways in which Aldermore is trying to make it easier for borrowers to get a step on and move up the housing ladder or maximise landlord investment in buy to let.”
