"Bank of Ireland UK has made significant investment in its mortgage arm, particularly in its technology."

This is the latest addition to Bank of Ireland UK’s network of distributers in the UK.

Through this partnership, Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries will offer its full range of mortgage products, backed by its extensive mortgage expertise.

Bank of Ireland re-entered the UK intermediary mortgage market under its own brand two years ago. Since then it has successfully secured partnerships with a number of key distributors in the sector as it looks to provide more choice and expertise to customers.

Bank of Ireland UK has made significant investment in its mortgage arm, particularly in its technology. The Bank has developed a mortgage application system that enables intermediaries to make mortgage applications and processing faster, efficient and cost-effective for brokers. This new system has been recognised at recent awards, winning ‘Best use of technology’ and ‘Best use of IT in Retail banking and Insurance’.

The Bank’s intermediary website has also been completely redesigned to ensure everything an intermediary needs is easily accessible at their fingertips.

Gemma Harle, MD of TenetLime, said: “We are always looking to expand lending opportunities for our members and Bank of Ireland UK offers a broad range of competitive mortgages, underpinned by some great technology.”

Alison Pallett, Director of Sales at Bank of Ireland UK, said:“We are delighted to confirm this new partnership and we are looking forward to working with them.

This is an exciting time for Bank of Ireland UK as we continue to invest in technology and work with new partners, ensuring that we are easy to do business with.”
