For two weeks only Barclays is introducing six new remortgage only products.
Two year fixed rates include:
- 2 year fix up to 60% LTV at 1.49% with a £999 application fee
- 2 year fix up to 65% LTV at 1.49% with a £1,999 application fee
- 2 year fix up to 60% LTV at 1.79% with no application fee
Five year fixed rates include:
- 5 year fix up to 60% LTV at 2.39% with a £999 application fee
- 5 year fix up to 65% LTV at 2.39% with a £1,999 application fee
- 5 year fix up to 60% LTV at 2.79% with no application fee
Andy Gray, Managing Director of Mortgages for Barclays, said:
