The system will enable the Society to manage every stage of a customer’s mortgage application online, from the initial Key Facts Illustration to tracking the progress of the application.

The project, hosted by systems provider QTS, is set to go live this summer for Leek United’s Mortgage Advisers and mortgage brokers – giving them more control and flexibility over the application process.

Tony Hubbard, Leek United’s Operations Director, commented:

“Our customers’ expectations are changing as quickly as the competitive landscape and it is important that we keep pace with this new environment.

“This project represents a period of significant investment and change for Leek United; we very much look forward to working with QTS in developing this exciting new system which will enable us to attract and retain more customers, whilst eliminating many of the manual processes that exist at present.”

Garry Williams, Managing Director of QTS, said:

“It’s a pleasure to welcome Leek United as our newest client.

“This is a major project for the Society and will allow it to integrate seamlessly into existing business systems. I’m confident that this investment will deliver increased performance and return on equity through their online channel, and look forward to building a strong working relationship with the Society.”
