There are a number of competitive mortgages fixed for two and five years which come with a £500 cashback offer and no arrangement fees on selected products, with rates starting at 3.29% for the <85% LTV two-year product and 4.49% for the <85% LTV five-year product.
The Banks also offer a range of mortgages fixed for two or five years with an arrangement of £999 and a £500 cashback offer.
