The Society's 2 Year Flexx Tracker starts from 1.59% at 65% LTV, with no ERCs and a £499 arrangement fee.
Flexx-Fixed products include a 2.39% 2 year fix at 75% LTV, and a 3.85% 5 year fix at 90% LTV, both with no ERCs and no arrangement fee.
