New residential Flexx for Term rates include a 50% LTV at 1.25% with no ERCs, and a 65% LTV at 1.35%, both with a £999 product fee.
Offset Flexx for Term rates start from 1.45% at 50% LTV with no ERCs with a £999 product fee.
